Brian has been St. Albert’s top realtor for the past four years. His unique industry experience running a successful home renovation and construction business for 15 years combined with his 15 years as an award-winning realtor, gives his clients valuable insights to make better-informed real estate decisions. Brian and his family have called St. Albert home for the past 30 years and firmly believes in giving back. He has coached hundreds of kids in baseball and hockey and is grateful to be able to support many local organizations including the Children’s Miracle Network (Stollery Hospital), St. Albert Kinette Club and the St. Albert Food Bank. Brian says the best part of his job is helping clients successfully navigate through all the decisions related to homebuying and achieving their financial goals. He truly loves the opportunity to make people happy! Fun fact – Brian gets his jam on with old school hip hop and rap music!

Jett Poliquin

Jett was raised in St. Albert and has been a licensed agent for the past two years. Before that, he worked in new home construction. Jett loves making connections with people and helping with their unique situations and needs. And, with a keen eye for design and detail, Jett helps sellers get their homes looking their best! He prides himself on providing quality service and professionalism to clients looking to buy and sell in his hometown. In his spare time, Jett enjoys motorsports.

Leslie Benson

Leslie has called St. Albert and Sturgeon County home for the past 20 years. She has a rich background in business, managing a dermatology business for five years and being self-employed for the past 12 years. Leslie has a keen interest in real estate as her husband’s family is in the home construction business. She is thrilled be part of the Brian Cyr team and helping clients realize their real estate goals! Leslie is actively involved in the community – volunteering with the St.Albert Food Bank, organizing the Red Willow Christmas Hamper program and helping her children’s hockey and ringette teams.

Mike Racich

Mike has called St. Albert home for the past nine years and has raised his three kids there. He’s been a realtor for the past two years and draws on his success in his family’s business, Supreme Plating, and doing land development in North Edmonton. Mike considers many of his clients friends and takes great pride in helping them find what they are looking for. Sports has played a huge part in Mike’s life – as a goalie for over 30 years and playing slow pitch (going to Canadian Nationals 4 times)! He carries on this love of sport through coaching kids’ hockey and slow pitch.

Danielle Northrup

Danielle grew up in St. Albert and is thrilled to work in the community she still proudly calls home! She has worked in real estate for the past 10 years and has expertise as a licensed realtor and in real estate conveyancing. Her attention to detail ensures that all the documentation required for the legal transfer of a property is produced in an accurate, timely and smooth manner. She loves interacting with clients and seeing their smiles. Danielle and her husband think St. Albert is the perfect place to raise their two young sons.

Brenda Williams

Brenda was born and raised in St. Albert and has lived there all her life. She has worked in real estate for over 25 years and loves sharing her knowledge and rich history of the community with clients. A mother of twins and grandmother to six grandchildren, Brenda still fulfills her
passion as a professional musician. Her band, Sugartime, plays at seniors’ homes throughout
the community every week. Brenda is a one-stop expert on everything St. Albert!
